[More]at is now nearly half my life. Therefore, 276 lbs is just way, way to much! I've had some emotional upsets in my life, some of the major ones being a cross country move when I was 16, and then falling in love with and marrying an addict. During all of the emotional upheavals and very, very dramatic scenes we've gone through, I am admitting that I've always turned to food as my comfort. Therefore, I'm done! May God be with me as I seriously undertake this weight loss journey!
Just a quick note to say hi! It isn't easy, take a lot of discipline, but you can do it. The eating will be the hardest. Please, try to make healthy choices. If you want a meal plan I will share mine with you but stay away from the sugar cereals, pastries, chips, sodas, etc.. you know what you shouldn't be eating. Treat yourself to 1/4 of a dessert every 15 days. But the rest stay focused. You chose to have 3 kids, now be there for them. I am sure you don't want someone else raising them. Plus you have a great guy by your side who loves you. You can do it. Best wishes my dear to you and your family.
