Hi glad you're feeling better yes being tired played a major role in how my heart felt and acted, still does but not as much. The best advice I can give you is to get a good nights sleep that seemed to help and try to limit sugar and caffeine they also had effects
Thanks for your note. I find that i still get tired by mid-week and also in the afternoons, but I'm definitely feeling lots better this week. Still not ready to run a marathon though : )
Glad you are able to do more. Hope you have a good day at work on Monday. I haven't been sleeping very well. But apart from being tired due to that I'm pretty good now. I'm looking foward to building up my fitness. I get a few odd heartbeats but mostly I'm not noticing my heart at all.
I'm not even sure when my checkup is-I have to contact my local Dr and find out.
I could relate to how you felt about starting to be able to do normal things. I was so happy with my first housework. I made a whole week at work. I was pretty tired towards the end of the week but I got there.Rather proud of myself.
I find as long as I don't overdo things I feel pretty good. Looking foward to getting fit again. I think I'll build up to it gradually. My leg still aches a bit sometimes and the bruise is still there. Takes a while to heal, I guess.
Some days i get a few funny heartbeats. It seems to be more if I'm tired or I've done a lot.
My chest is still a bit tender but mostly okay.
I think my husband is getting tired of my grumbles about the tiredness and aches and pains now. He just wants his old wife back. i do too.
