Just a quick note to say hi!
I have been athletic all my life & I normally have a low heartrate, sitting is about 48-60...I cannot take beta blockers because my heartrate stays mostly 45 bpm. Slow heart rate give more time for PVC's to kick in. PVC is a premature beat coming from the ventricle. The hard beat you feel is because of the extra blood it is carrying from the little early beat. The EP said mines is unifocal, that means coming from one irritated spot. If you have had a echo that shows you have a structurally normal heart, then your PVC's are benign. They are very common. In fact everyone has them sometimes & most people have them everyday. If you are narrow from your chest to your back, you will feel them more. Anxiety increases your awareness of them.

Yes, I know how much they can control ur life & take away our joy! Just try this....when they start happening, thhink of them as hiccups! LOL...Say, O well..& keep on doing what ur doing! Don't give it another thought...I know its hard...They can really be scarey sometimes, but this has helped me alot. I get busy doing something & try not to think about it & soon they're gone. Also, exercise will help to give you confidence & burn up some of the adrenaline. Hormones play a big part. I've been in PVC hell since July with menopause. I know its uncomfortable! :) Hope this helps!
