Just a quick note to say hi! How is it going? Hope 2009 will be memorable in ways you never imagined (positive, of course)! :-)

It's a Sony cybershot DSC-H7. At the time they sold it in Walmart at about $300-$400, but it is well worth the price. They have a newer model or two since then, but still this one is pretty good. Normally I don't get that good of a moon shot, but I happened to be lucky. I picked a day that the moon is closest to Earth, so it appeared bigger. That gave my camera and I an advantage. As far as crispness, the camera has a built in stabalizer. That was one reason I picked it over a cannon power shot. Both have stabalization, but the Sony one seemed to respond quicker.

I'm keeping warm by staying inside as long as I can. I did walk with my friend out to the bus stop. I wore my coat, some soft fitted gloves inside huge bulky ski gloves. That kept my hands warm. Yeah it's cold here, no doubt... That's why I don't like winter. Meanwhile today I spent time dusting and going through my closet. I'm not done yet... I need to get rid of cloths that either don't fit or I don't wear. Part of my "clutter management" resolution. Bottom line: the clutter is about to take over and bite me... I hate knocking things over when I'm trying to clean.
