Hey. I read your post from the fall and I wanted to check in to see how you are foing with Met. Losing weight? I just started two days ago but my Dr. thinks I am a perfect candidate. I developed PCOS after gaining 70 pounds with my son and since I have had a bad pregnancy. I have exercised and dieted over the past year but have only lost 10 pounds or so. I am hoping this will help me lose weight since that will help my reporductive system. Anyways, I am starting at 500mg and am told that I won't really notice a difference until I am at 1000+/day. Your thoughts? Thanks for sharing!
