Just a quick note to say hi! I have also had this prob. Mine will eventually go away leaving only light dots if anything. then several years pass and it reappears. it feels like somthing is trying to crawl up out of my skin and is a combo itch, burn, pin. if I can leave it alone it will subside. My doc gave me 2 strong hydrocortisone creams. dated now 2007. go figure

Just a quick note to say hi! hello you dont know me , but i was reading up on itchy arms and found all of you guys who have the same thing..itchy arms always. anyway i have been using co Q 10 triple action along with ice (when it gets real bad ) i cool off all itchy areas then apply cream. i have used it 3-4 times a day and before bed. Anyway its helped me for 3 nights now. So im not a member and im hoping you can pass this info on. hopefully it will work for a few best of luck lynne

I have itchy arms too...no rash, no reason, no bites, or dry skin, on the fore arms, and I am not menapousal, I am only 33...it started when I got pregnant, and it hasn't stopped for a long period of time since and that was 3 years ago. The only thing i have found that RELIEVES the itching for a period of time so I don't scratch, and I can sleep is BAND-AID ANTI-ITCH GEL. Its a cooling agent, and it for bug bites....no other cream has any effect. Its expensive, but I cannot leave home without it. It provides a cool coating over your arms....try it, it at least keeps the itching down....not even benadryl was doing that for me... Pass it on, you can buy it at the grocery store, and if it helps you sleep or keep from bleeding its better than ice in bed...
