Just a quick note to say hi! I am wondering the exact same thing! There has recently been discovered a nodule on my tyroid and i had a biopsy on it today which I am hoping has been causing my epilepsy over the last 13 years. I have always felt it was something hormonal but no doctor has ever checked it until today. I should have the test results in a few days. I can let you know what the conclusion is. If you have heard anything about a possible connection to the thyroid and epilepsy and have a moment message me? Thanks soooo much!
Hi, I seeen you were being treated for thickenin of the bowel, I was wondering if you could share with me exactly what your symptoms were when they were trying to figure things out for you b4 they found it to be thickening of the bowel, and what test they seen that in if you dont mind. THanks would appreciate it much....
I think your mom may have MS and/or possibly Lyme disease. Causes everything you mentioned..which I have had as well and in the beginning was thought to be MS, 3 brain lesions as well, one on brainstem....bloodwork revealed with certainty, LYME. I am still in a whirlwind as I go thru IV treatment for Lyme, wondering if the lesions indicate MS as well. Lyme can actually cause MS...Neuro sees no need to worry bout my lesions. He's just happy they discovered Lyme disease. Which is now being treated by a Infectious Disease doctor. Also, I have equal symptoms of heat making things worse for me, numbness which comes and goes and exhaustion flare ups from out of this world-significant joint pain too. I'm praying for your mom!
