It first started in my shoulder area and I was told it seem to be torn after doc did a scan. Well here it is 3 years later it must still be torn because it still hurts. After numerous testing and nothing this one doctor I have gone to asked me to change my diet for 60 days. Juice it. But a good juicer and juice for 60 days with green leafy veggies and add no fruit but a green apple to the juice. Drink it for 60 days and nothing else and he said he is sure it will do the trick. My plan is to try it as soon as my juice come in.
Hi Sebastiandelacroix, I have the snap crackle and pop all over my body. I can't even turn without my back popping. It's not extreme painful but it hurts. Some people may call it extreme pain but my pain thrash hole is high. My muscle twitches all over including my breast, face, legs, arm, even the back of my hand etc.... My fingers and hands go numb all the time especially noticably when Im driving and just lying in bed.
