Just a quick note to say hi! Hello Sassylassie. I am only interested in healthy alternatives as taking chemicals into our bodies isn't really the best way to go. After so many years of taking prescriptions, I decided to try going healthy. My fibromyalgia is greatly improved and at present I take only one prescription drug. When I find the right alternative that too will be gone. I have one amalgam filling to change out and hopefully that too will make me feel better. (Can't make me feel any worse!! LOL) I don't friend people generally who aren't Jehovah's Witnesses, but I appreciate the offer very much. I'm glad that we have so much in common. I enjoy your posts as well.

Hi Suzie, so lovely to meet you, Oh my lord you, your a long way from home, and no wonder you feel home sick, Your in a very beautiful area Hamner springs, I love that place, I love to go to the pools, but can't as I have a blood condition that can't stand being hot, as it make me itchy. I have Polycythemia Rubra Vera,or PV where I my blood make to much Red blood cells, I have Just gotten out of Hospital again, MY GP thought there was something wrong with my heart, but thank god, it was kidney problem, well that's bad enough I guess. Anyway sorry must go, love to meet you chat again soon. regard Deb
