You are in my thoughts and prayers. Just saying hello. I am a mother of a son (grown now 25) who suffered depression his whole life (plus ADHD). Iy will get better--keep with the counseling and you might need some medication, like an anti-anxiety drug in a small dose. See a doctor and psychiatrist.
