Thanks Vik. It's nice to see this forum exists. As for yoga, Vinyasa yoga is awesome in that it is a good cardio workout as well as lots of poses and stretches. I go to a studio nearby where I live and the sessions are usually in a heated room (not Bikram though), and last nearly 2 hours. It's nonstop poses, often fast, and provides me with a full body workout. I hope I can at least do Hatha yoga (not as strenuous) when I start tx.
Thanks Vik, it's encouraging to hear from you. I can't wait to get started, but all the listed side effects are almost made to scare you off. However, I am determined to make it and I hope you'll be fine too. Sounds like it to me. This time next year....Inge
