[More]nto the field of phsycology/counseling.
I've been diagnosed with MS since Oct. 2001. I've been in a wheelchair but then had several years walking just fine. I am currently using a cane. I've had optic neuritis I think 3 times. I've had a myriad of symptoms throughout these years.
Have changed neuro's 4 times now and hoping this one is "THE" one. I've seen him twice so we shall see. I'm getting ready to do all the testing for an experimental drug program for Fingolimod. Hopefully I pass all the tests and can be in the 2 year study.
Also being tested for Leber's Hereditary Optic Neuropathy. Its a genetic blood test and takes several weeks for the results. Hopefully I will get them by March. I really don't think I have it but thought I would appease the doc and do the test. Whats another vial of blood.
I work part time. My good friend and I own our own business. We are Custom TeeZers and we silkscreen shirts, hats, etc. And I also sell Mary Kay although I don't do party's anymore. I just let my regular customers call me when they need something.
