Good today can mean bad tomorrow. That's anxiety for you. One little blipp and you can fall flat on your face again. But for now I am fine, thanks.
Also, and this really works. Go to a hair supply store and buy a hair color crayon and use it between hair dyes to color the scalp and yes you can also use it on your roots in between hair coloring. This crayon will help you go another week without coloring your hair, maybe even more.
I am 56 and having the same problem. I went to a dermatologist and he told me to take Biotin everyday which I did. He said that it's stress and menopause. After taking Biotin for months I saw no improvement and then went to a natural food store and they put me on Vitamin B which I just started but it takes weeks for it to work. I no longer use a curling iron and my blow dryer is on a cool setting. I bought a wide spaced comb to comb my hair after shampoo. Do not scrub the scalp hard, shampoo easy and use Pantene restructing shampoo. Let it sit on your head while you wash the rest of your body and then finish washing your hair.
