Ooo, hoping you're pg! I had spotting for about 3 days after my surgery and then I had my full period about 3 weeks later, around normal time. Anyways, good luck!! :D
Just a quick note to say hi! Saw your post on the pregnancy forum and wanted to answer here instead. I'm NO expert but if you have follicles that means you haven't ovulated yet, right? What day are you on in your cycle? If your lining is thick, then it's getting ready for possible implantation. I hope this helps! Good luck!!
