[More]his is not as bad as it sounds! But I think it is important to stay healthy and balanced and therefore, I would like to work towards that goal.
The goal for me is to strengthen my muscles, Specifically, my legs, back and abdominal in order have better balance in my back and hips. At the moment I am doing Pilates and Weight Resistance training to help with this. I stay away from running and jumping so I don't put pressure on my spine.
Although this has nothing to do with me staying healthy, I would still like to gain about 10 to 15 pounds. I am not underweight at all, I am 5'2 and weight about 110 but I believe woman look beautiful with curves :)
Another thing I would like to work on is some allergies I've been getting for the past 6 months. My nose being runny and stuffy and sneezing in the only symptom.
