Wow 46lbs I can't wait to type my progess!!! I was taking a multivitamin pill and that is what actually put this Weight ON!!
I was comfortable at 152-155lbs.. my bust 33 waist 31 hips 41 and I had been drinking red bulls everyday, My husband wanted me to stop (why I don't know why I listened to him. he don't stop doing things i want him to do) and someone suggested I take a multivitamin pill to replace the red bull energy drink. Well I saw the ingrediant IRON on the bottle but since it was such a low dosage I ignored it. Sure enough I put on almost 10lbs.. Even by me walking 2-3 miles everyday that weight was not coming off bcus I was still taking that multivitamin. Long Story Short I don't take the multivitamin anymore -drink redbulls maybe twice a week & i'm better.

I'm new to this website. Saw that you too have jumped on the Diet bandwagon. I started my Diet July 27. I've been taking the 2 Day Japan Lingzhi Slimming capsules, and working out 30-60 mins a day doing cardio and walking.
