Electronics Engineer that travels through out the country about 95% of the time. Have a Family history of Alcoholism (Self Included). I played a lot of soccer growing and still enjoy watching my 12 year old play Select Soccer. I like to jog and help my son out with hi
[More]s fitness and soccer drills and enjoy bass fishing and spending time with my Lovely wife, they are the true reason that I am still alive today and willing to go through the every day struggle. I was diagnosed with GAD about a year ago and have been on Xanax for about 8 months. My anxiety is not an every day thing, normally it happens right before i'm going to bed, I have thoughts that I'm not waking up or that I will die in my hotel room. Most of this **** is unrealistic, but that is how my anxiety sets in. I have trouble falling asleep and usually feel like **** when I get up for my Morning Jog, but once I'm done putting some miles on my running shoes. My anxiety usually goes away. I think I suffer from Sleep Apneia more than Anxiety. Each day I learn more & more about my problem and I am taking the proper steps to deal with it. With Gods help I can get through this, because I can't let my wife and son down. After All, Letting this **** take control of my life is not an option! I was born to fight, Not to Quit!
