I had an episode of fast atrial fibrillation in September, 2012 when I was hospitalised for 3 days. I was referred for catheter ablation. I had my procedure on Oct 17, 2012.
I have exercised daily by doing stretches, weights and skipping, to keep fit, for most of my adult life.
I try to eat organic fresh food and mostly have a healthy diet.
I like reading, gardening, crafts, photography, learning, cats, music......
I am happily married, 2 adult sons, lovely daughters-in-law and a beautiful baby grandaughter.
no,i dont think I will be running a marathon yet either.lol but I did notice today I didn't feel outof breath after climbing the stairs at work. Normally would huffing and puffing but I felt fine. So that's a good sign. Am shattered now mind you. Seem to feel drained in the evenings. But least we are getting there.
hey. I just had a read through some of your journal entries and found myself saying "yeah i've felt that". All the aches, etc must be part of the healing process. I've been back at work for 2 days now. First day was abit tiring but i've felt really good today, but now got achy chest. Feel more when i'm tired. But I am getting my hair done tomorrow as a treat to myself. Need something nice after all of this. Anyway take it easy and rest up when you can.
no problem I have read on here where it has affected others in the same way, but everyone is different, definitely something to watch out for if you do start taking it again. Hope you are feeling better.
the bruise has made sleeping abit hard as I cant lay onmy side. I've tried putting a pillow between my legs and it helps abit. But still keep waking up in the night with back ache from laying on my back all the time. so I no how you feel.
