Hi, I want to congratulate you for your effort of going back to work even though you must feel awful. I am under Zoloft too. Anxiety is a very complicated and uncomfortable thing hard to understand for many people. I want to say I do understand it very well. What I can say is: be patient, do as much excercise as you can, specially yoga and swimming. Do meditation. Avoid stress. Avoid situations and all people that gives you stress. See a therapist (someone that make you feel comfortable, confident and very happy). Therapists are great if you find the right one for you. It will help you to understand better yourself, your emotion, your present life. It is hard and almost imposible to recover from anxiety (dipresion) without your team: a good psiquitrist, therapist..and discipline.
