Just a quick note to say hi!
I worry all the time about all the medicines I take, the long term affects and side affects- have a lot more to deal with besides migraines. I was wondering if you have sharp pains anywhere else other than your head when you said "ice pick headaches". I get sharp shooting pains in different parts of my body for days on end. Lately in my left baby toe. Crazy huh?? Sounds like your back surgery was a success? I hurt my back way back in junior high school trying to do a flip-flop and now I have back pain all the time. Just don't know if it's related to my rheumatoid arthritis or a bad disk....
I just joined. I just switched to the generic form of Topamax to save some cash and now I'm bummed that it isn't going to work for me like it has in the past with the name brand. It had crossed my mind about going to the generic.I nfact, I'm getting a migraine right now. It's been a couple of weeks now on the generic. Thanks for the heads up. I will be keeping better track of my migraine occurances from now on.
