Are you still communicating regarding colon resection? I have had this problem for 16 years and I am so sick of it. I also seem to be getting sicker every day lately--I can barely function. I am nauseated every day, tired beyond belief, and on and on. Help!
Just a quick note to say hi!
Hi my name is Michelle Lagatule and i had a colon resection also due to cancer in the colon ,has been removed and its nearly been a year since my op /i am the opposite because i had a bowel disorder prior to op i go every few days and it feels like a pooh factory but i get by ,i also shattered my disc on the left side ,so it doesnt help that there is alot of build up pressuring on the left side.

Just a quick note to say hi! My laproscopic colon resection went absolutely fantastic! I had no pain to speak of and only slight tenderness in the three little incisions they made! I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed the week before and still had aches in my jaw from that which was way worse than the colo-rectal resection! Anyway trying to adjust to having to "go" more often than I used to but I can face that easily compared to being constantly constipated! So my Doc is letting me go back to the gym next week (it'll be five weeks) and in the meantime i've been walking like mad! My advice to anyone is to have this done laproscopically if possible..it's the way to go! DALEYOOO1
