Many thanks for contacting me so promptly. You obviously qualify as an ex-addict, therefore have had "the experience" - enough to enable you to give good advice. I hope I will be able to in a short while.
Quiestions: 1. What is the nose problem thing? - not heard of this before.
2. Why potassium?
I take your point about exercise - just hope I'm in a state to get round the block. I suspect I will spend most of time in bed.
Thank you again. Will post when I go to war. Tram
Thank you for your kind words G. When the w/d were at their worst I imagined being half way along a black tunnel . I could stay there, go back into permanent blackness or struggle through to the light at the end. (I am so happy to find that the light really was there!!!) I am impressed that in spite of your pain you are campaigning - you have a strong spirit and I have no doubt at all - you will win this one! Fantastic!

Thanks for the support. Today he DID tell his 2 friends who give him Trams not to give him any more. I heard him tell them so I know it really happened. The one friend is in AA for alcohol & the other guy told my husband last year that my husband was abusing the Trams. But yet he STILL gave him some when my husband asked for them. They both said OK they won't give him any more. Time will tell.... My husband told me today that he DOES NOT want to watch any more shows about prescription drug abuse. He says he knows what he has to do and now he wants to get off this stuff. He just has to do it HIS way. So I'm going to back off and listen more and just be there for him when the withdrawl symptoms start. So far (day 3) he's doing great.
Good luck & I'll be watching for your posts.
