Hello. Hope you are feeling abit better today. I think through the ablation recovery you get a little bit stronger each day even if it does not feel like it. You will suddenly feel a snap of energy within a few weeks. Hows your groin area now? Mine is still really bruised and it will nearly be 3 weeks since my ablation. But it does not hurt anymore, so i hope yours settles down soon. anyway congrats on your ablation and welcome to the club!
Hope you feel better soon! Welcome to the world of ablation recovery. I hope it goes well for you. I am now 3 weeks past mine and getting better every day. It took me at least 2 weeks until I felt consistently well, and comfortable, so hang in there. I've journalled my recovery if you are interested. Lots of others on here have done so too. I found it really helpful to read others experiences and realise that mine was normal.
