Thank you for your note. The results of the Holter monitor came back sinus bradycardia, which sounds scary, but the nurse said the Dr. wasn't concerned. I read online about it, and it is not dangerous unless you have symptoms. My symptoms I was having (haven't had a spell since Jan. 20, knock wood), do not match the symptoms for problematic bradycardia. So still no answers, but I have been feeling really good, so I feel optimistic. I am going to the Dr. tomorrow to discuss the results more in depth and see about possibly getting off the BP meds, as I have been following a strict diet and am pretty active. I started doing T'ai Chi a few weeks ago, and coincidentally, started feeling great around that time. Not sure 100% if it's the T'ai Chi, but it's easy to do, and doesn't hurt!
