[More]h 4 beautiful children whom I have home schooled. This is our 20th year to home school and wouldn't do anything else. I love Jesus more than anyone. I love to read His word, watch my children play and work in my yard. God has blessed me to be able to work in our yard and garden this year. I love being out there, God shows me wonderful things out there. I just have to make sure I can do it in the shade.
The year of 07 was full of challenges. My husband feel out of a deer stand and found out he had an annurism. He had open heart surgery that Jan. Then a tornado jumped over our house and took out some huge trees. While we were cleaning up from the tornado, I began to have trouble with my gallbladder. Had it removed in June 07. Continued to be nausous. Finally in Aug. I begin to throw-up and have severe vertigo. Went to a gastro dr. who ordered a cat scan. I had hydronephrosis of the right kidney and no dye in the right ureter. A month later I began to throw-up and vertigo again. This time we correlated it to my cycle. The gyn. dr. agreed that my uterus was displaced and appeared to be pressing against the right ureter. Had hysterectomy in Dec., but continued to be nauseous w/o throwing up. Continued to be weak, joint pain, headaches, muscle pain.... A year and a half has gone by and I finally got a diagnosis of Lupus. As of right now, we don't know if the Lupus has caused the hydronephrosis, but time will tell. Right now, we are just monitoring the hydronephrosis. There is not a day that goes by that I don't hurt. Some days it is debiliating, but lately I'm having more good days than bad. I'm currently on Plaquenil. I take two Tylenol and two Ibuprophen for pain.
