i'm so so today....took a walk around the complex....so got out in the sunshine.....i'm still tired and no appetite but i guess that will last awhile....i think i would feel better if i could sleep at night....lol but thank you for thinking of me!! and congrats on the little one on the way!! that's awesome!!
thanks for you note!! i do feel little better than when this started....the no sleep and no appetite is horrible but oh well...lol
i do plan some one on one counseling and seeing if i can find a meeting that fits me close to home....i've done counseling before and it helped...thank you for friending me and congrats on all your time clean!!!! TF
