Hi Lauren, My name is Carol, and I just happened to come upon your post. Sounds like you're having the same kind of problems as me. I'm 49 and have had similar problems in the last 2 years. I've also had it affecting my vision. Don't know if this post will reach you? Don't know if I have to sign on to this page. I would love to chat and compare notes if you'd like. Or hopefully you're feeling better know. Hope to hear from you, Carol :)

I read your post and also have had the same symptoms for over 4 years. I have to say however, I think the doctors are right. Stress and axiety are a big factor. Mine is linked to anxiety/ depression. I used to think that the depression and anxiety were because of the way I felt physically, and have learnt over time that it was in fact the other way round. Meditation and yoga help, because they encourage you to breathe slowly, regularly and through your abdomen. Breathing short, sharp breaths into your lungs increases your carbon dioxide levels and a side effect is fuzzy head. At times that I have taken anti-depressents, even in very mild doses, the sensation goes away. I have also found that chiropractic helps. As innevitably, being stressed causes muscle tension in the neck area.
