About Me: Female, 52, Columbus, OH, member since Nov 2012
I'm fifty years old. Not very athletic. But I heard something on the news the other day that has given me a kick start to live healthier and lose the weight I need to. Kelly Rippa was saying how Burger King delivers in certain areas of New York. Can we spell 'suici
[More]de by burger'? Americans are fat and lazy enough. Now we need help by bringing this stuff to our doors? I want to be around as long as I can to see my kids grow up. And there's no one out there that can do this for me except myself.
Maybe this isn't what most people will write about in this section. But this is what is on my mind at the moment. And what I have to tell you is that I've been clean and sober for two whole days. No pop or candy!!!!!! And I've met my goal of 98 ounces of water for the past two days too.
If there is a journal area on this website I will add more about myself later. All I've got to say in closing is that if I did this once I know I can do it again.
