Hey Concha thanks for checking up me, I been doing bad lately just eating everything in site. I have been on a few diets but what really works for me is the 1200 calorie diet. I also need to start working out but don't really know what exercises I can do at my size and also in my house. I am not ready to start going walking outside yet, because my stomach pulls on my back and it hurts. By the way you said you have kids, I also have one, and I am a little concerned about her weight also. Do you have any information on getting kids to eat healthy?

I left a comment on your page. I started a week ago! I live in Washington State and am determined to be in shape by summer. I have lost 4 pounds in a week. One thing is DO NOT give up if you slip up. I slipped for the first 6 days and on day seven I did great. But, I lost 4 pounds. I took before pictures of myself and once I'm in shape I'm going to post the results of before and after. I was at 223 pounds on the 17th and now am 219.4.
