Hi Sandy, try to keep in mind, a craving doesn't last long, so do what you have to do to distract your thoughts. What I find helpful, is how much easier it is to deal with a few cravings a day versus that *need* to go out and smoke every ½ hr. Kinda puts it into perspective, eh?
Keep up the good work, you're doing great, and don't forget to take some deep breaths throughout the day to keep that phlegm moving up and out! :)
