I'm 30 and have been married for almost 5 years. I have a two year old daughter who is my life and I hate when I have to go to work and be away from her. I found out 5 years ago that I had the early stages of Endometriosis. It runs in my family, but for a while, the
[More] doctor kept telling me I had IBS. Very frustrating that it took a ruptured cyst for the doc to do a lap and find the my pains weren't from IBS, but from the endo. Luckily, I'm with a much better doctor now.
Hi;) In my case,I'm on these meds full time, so basically I am in premature menopause. ( Goodie.) I have found that doing my own research&asking ques. works best. But it can be frustrating, trying to get Drs. to truly listen...At one point, I had acupuncture weekly for the pain. It was helpful, but only for a few months. Have you tried any alternative medicine for your endo?
Hi, thank you for your note. Today in fact I saw my Dr., the Loestrin headaches became just too much to handle. Every day for 3 wks., he suggested Seasonique. This is my 2nd Dr., the 1st diagnosed me w/ Endo & put me on Danazol...a horrible steroid;( I began to ques. this med(and it's side )effects&the Dr. became angry&said I should not ques. her! That's when I switched Drs.
