just wanted to say hi....i was very symptomatic too...right away when i got the virus...altho i did not know i had the virus for many years later...
a walk on the beach sounds like great medicine...it sounds like you're doing everything right...and doing what you can....feel free to write anytime with questions...this treatment is A LOT to deal with...sometimes it's been all i think about...have a peaceful day in NZ!
It can get pretty intense.
Please inform your Dr., maybe you can try anti depressants or anti anxiety meds to help you cope. Keep in mind that it takes time for SD's to take effect. My Dr. reduced my riba.
If you are open to meditation it can help and exercise will help too. Walk, swim, run, whatever it takes
I had warned my upstairs neighbors who I had a great relationship before treatment that I may become unreasonable for a period of time and I am glad I did. *Everything* they did drove me mad. Their music, their screaming toddler, their footsteps, you name it. I only yelled at them a few tomes but it shocked them...I had always been so accommodating. Anyway, about 2 months after TX I was back to my old self.
All the best to you
