Just a quick note to say hi!"HI" and that I am still alive but not feeling too great, have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and it has me a little upset, but, all will work out. :>) Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Susie
if the nodules are >1.0cm an FNA biopsy can be performed & usually is performed by most. My other side's nodule is only 4.0mm .. too tiny and has been stable for 2yrs now with ultrasounds ev 6 mos. I had 2 atypical nodules >1.0cm and after my partial thyroidectomy they were deemed benign but when in there, they found 2 other very small tumors which were papillary microcarinomas but we've decided to keep the other side in bcz I have major scar issues which could be worse on the inside with strictures than the 4.0mm nodule which is stable. I take synthroid and doing very well. :)
Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Steph~Try adding kelp tablets to your diet, take 2 three times a day. Also, try natural Progesterone Cream, lots of folks that have a low thyroid are deficient in Progesterone, you can get it at any health food store. My temp is always lows in the AM too, yet, docs say all is fine. Oh yes, also try a product from Standard Process labs called Thyrotrophin, this is terrific, you can get it on-line too. it works to support your thyroid without the side effects of the drugs. Feel free to PM me if you need any more info.
