I wanted to thank you, I wouldnt have survived the past 6 months with out you! “Sometimes life knocks you on your ***... get up, get up, get up!!! Happiness is not the absence of problems, it's the ability to deal with them.” ― Steve Maraboli (and you dont have to use ever again NO MATTER WHAT) Thanks again!!
Hi there! Somebody told me a while back to just take it one hour at a time since sometimes a day seems too daunting! I am at work today which is a challenge. I always took my first and largest dose right before lunch & then crunched out some work, so I'm going to have to learn to get s**t done without my drugs. First time I've really missed them, but im keeping my eye on the prize.
You made it though another day yesterday & you'll make it through today. It ain't easy you're right but we are doing it.
For the past couple years my new years resolution was to get clean..sometime. The thing I'm hanging on to is starting 2014 clean and sober instead of kicking looming in my future. Maybe that Idea will help you too.
