Just a quick note to say hi!
Thank you! I am 51. I have rapid heart beats (regular rhythm) after every meal and more so during evening hours. I have been to the ER twice in three years. I have been told by my cardiologist to get medication for anxiety. There is nothing wrong with my heart. However, I have never understood why my heart races after meals. It happens every time regardless of what I eat or how much. I suffer from GERD and I am currently trying acupuncture to help with anxiety because I don't want happy pills.
I am grateful to you for taking the time to explain why this condition happens.
Best to you and your wife.
