There are some natural things you can try to help you sleep.
Calcium & magnesium help to calm the mind/nerves and relax the muscles. Taken 20 minutes before bedtime.
Valerian & Melatonin are a couple of things that give some people relief.
Zembev & 5HTP help raise the seritonin and natural melatonin levels.
Some things you can do to or not do to help:
Don't do anything stimulating prior to bed time. Dim the lights about an hour before retiring. Don't exercise or eat before bed. Read something very peaceful or comforting before falling asleep. Keep electrical things away from your bed so you are not exposed to the electromagnetic waves.
