Hi I just read some of your blogs and would like more information. I am 33 years old and an RN. I have recently been reading about Vit.D defficiency. I have angioedema, hives, depression, irregular periods, and often feel like a mack truck has ran over me. My OB\Gyn tested my levels last week and called today. They were 8!!!! He referred me to my primary care doctor, when I called and left a message, they called back and wanted to see me first thing in the morning. What has your treatment reginmen been? I would love any information you have. Thanks.

Hi, I was just diagnose with Vitamin D def about a year ago-I didn't think anything of it really, until I was told by my endcronologist that I was defincient in vitamin D. I have an appointmnet with him on the 18 fo this month-I hope it's not anything to bad. Oh they also told me to come early because they want to do a bone densitity test on me, so I will go from there. I would like all the information that you have on this vitamin D issue.
