Just a quick note to say hi! I just started on here and have been bi-polar for 32 years but think its longer than that really..am 55. Lithium works and has for all these years for me. I enjoyed reading your post and how appreciative you are of having a place to write, me too, I have been looking for something like this that accentuates the positive, theres all the way too much negative with bp and sure you know it. If Dr's just give us the right meds all is usually ok. Did you or anyone you know ever take saphris? I got sick and just know I would've died if I had not quit taking it and now that I quit smoking last week the panic attacks I used to have have come back..almost wish I had not quit!!! But don't think I willl..Let me know what you're doing and how you are, ok? dd
You deserve a big bear hug! Just keep up the good work...I know it's hard but you are strong and will overcome all of this!!
It doesn't go away but if does get better. You're doing a great job!!
Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Nikki...I sent you an email to see how you are but I've been typing messages and sending them and I think I'm deleting them by accident. if not, sorry for all the notes,I tried email...just hope you're feeling better :)
