Hi Joni686-- I haven't checked in to the forum for a while -- my mom broker her hip! Hope you're feeling better these days. I've been in Houston recently to a Urology specialist. Would you mind telling me the name of the cardiologist you like in Houston? I have a congenital heart condition and I may want to consult with someone in Houston. My youngest grandbaby is in Hou - 1 year old! Best, minmtn

Just a quick note to say hi! What a coinceindence that your daughter's name is Jennifer. That's what I go by. I hope this note finds you feeling okay. I was curious how old you were when you were diagnosed with the "party package" lol. It started for me at 30yrs, but I believe it was there before and I just fought it. My intial symptoms were extreme migranes, dizziness(passing out because Blood pressure drops low, hair loss, joint pain). What were your inital symptoms? Having all this it is hard to figure out whats causing what. My acceptance level is better, but still struggle during flares. As you stated my life too got turned upside down. Disbelief from drs and friends makes those who face this even more challenging. How do u handle all of it? Any words of wisdom? Thx, Jennifer

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Joni, my name is Jennifer and I am kinda new to this site, not new to the rollercoaster ride to get diagnosed with Lupus, Fibro, Sjogren's. Was wondering if we could chat. Some of experiences seem similiar. Thanks, Jennifer

Just a quick note to say hi! I'm so glad you are back. I worry when I don't see you. I know what you mean. I too was out there trying to figure all this stuff out and was needing help. The pic of you and your husband is precious. You made such a beautiful bride. I pray you are feeling well these days. Overall, I'm doing good. I've had trouble w/ a cough, but it's looking like acid reflux (easy fix) and I've had muscle jerks (especially during the night) - don't know what to think about that. Can't complain too much :)
