Just a quick note to say hi! Nate good to hear from you. Don't get caught up in benzos. A shrink once told me valium is valium is valium or xanax. I got really caught up in the done and benzos~! I glad you think you can get off done painwise. You are young enough where it won't be so hard. stay in touch all the best, Rick
