Hi My name is Tammy.. I just had a open pyleoplasty done on Dec 12, 2012. I was cut 9 inches open. The main artery was sitting right on top of the obstruction where the doc had to cut out. Once the obstruction was cut out, they placed a stent in. Which is still in p
[More]lace 5 weeks later. Causing terrible UTI pain x100!!! It does feel as if the stent has moved downward. It is very painful to walk, My incision is recoverying very nice and that part is just uncomforable. But I am wondering why there is so much urinary pain each time I have to urinate.. It is horrible and I have to go to the couch immediately because of the pain. I am hoping I do not have a raging infection. The doc keeps telling me once the stent is out I will be 100% better and be able to go right back to work!!!
