Have you ever heard of anyone with both carotid arteries being blocked having surgery on them to clean them out? If so did they survive. We were told that nothing could be done for her. Please let me know.

Sodium Result:133.00 Normal Value:137.00 – 145.00 mmol/L DECREASED. Potassium Result:3.20 Normal Value:3.60 – 5.00 mmol/L DECREASED. BUN Result:4.10 Normal Value:3.20 – 7.10 mmol/L NORMAL. Uric Acid Result:0.47 Normal Value:0.21 – 0.51 mmol/L NORMAL. AST/SGOT Result:38.00 Normal Value:17.00 – 59.00 umol/L NORMAL. ALT/SGPT Result:50.00 Normal Value:21.00 – 72.00 umol/L NORMAL. Chloride Result:98.00 Normal Value:98.00 – 707.00 mmol/L NORMAL. Magnesium Result:0.70 Normal Value:0.70 – 1.00 mmol/L NORMAL. HbA1c Result:12.80 Normal Value:4.27 – 6.07% INCREASED. I don't know how to interpret it related to the disease of the patient. Our patient is diagnosed of Seizure Disorder and he also has Hyperglycemia.
