[More]nd 3 other as an employee.Have been hospitalized 3 x's since 1972.Due to bouts of mania & depression, it was difficult to keep the jobs.But, I perseveered and even weht to College for 4 yrs while also working 2 p/t jobs. Upon Graduation,I was hire,(Interpreter for the Deaf) and worked in the position for 8yrs,until I \awoke one morning,10yrs ago,with Neuropapathy in my legs. Last Feburary,I was paralyzed, asphasic & had difficulty swallowing. Hospitalyzed for 9 days...and the diagnoses was Lithium Toxicity. I had had all the symptoms,over a 3yr period,except the Final 3.I am walking with a wqlker and go to exercise with a trainer 2x's a week.But this problem has me very worried,and it is hard to get Dr's to believe me. "IT IS ALL IN MY MIND"...Is what I HEAR MOST OF THE TIME!!! Would love any suggestions, advice or whatever.
