Hi shelly remember me?? Had lots of problems lately with msk and mostly pain and UTI's...How have you been? How is your MSK? What are the most important things you do on a daily basis to manage your msk? I am out of touch with any chat line as I seemed to be managing it (and ignoring for many years but it has over the years cropped it's ugly head and given me problems but I was taking an antibotic daily and managing with tylonol 2's and litho but have desided to go back to the basic's of what my nephologist had originally told me and am just this week starting d-mannose again and water pill K-citrate all those fun pills that I eventually stopped taking over the past 4 busy years. Anyway I would love to re-connect with you if you remember me.
