About Me: Female, 57, Olyphant, PA, member since May 2008
49 yr old single female no children but love my pet cockapoo Lacey. Independent but could definately use a support system in my life. After the death of my Dad 4 yrs ago and subsequent problems as executrix with sibblings I sought therapy and was told I'm bipolar 2.
[More] Tested liver enzymes to treat with drug bad for my liver I found out they were a bit high 34/29 approx. My doctor tested me for Hepc and called to tell me I was antigen pos. and then called back to say I have hep type 2b. Liver biopsy showed no damage just inflammation. alt and ast have bordered normal until recently alt is 219 and ast is 109. Will be seeing a hepatologist in Mid-May. I am fearful of treatment and know being bp will make this near to impossible for me. I am an Oil artist and an avid landscaper and gardener. I have some college and Have succeeded in quite a few jobs. So I feel I am very diverse. I am comfortable with all classes and of people. I am experiencing some significant memory and concentration problems as of late and it may be that I am on lithium 450 mg as I requested since we could not find a bp drug that agreed with me or worked. I mostly experienced deep fast thinking and rapid run-on speech under stress but a few times exploded with fury when angry. This was why I sought a therapist. I'm better I guess but I liked the other way better myself. I miss my creativity and creative thinking. so....How about You?

You deserve a big bear hug! I'm so sorry about your mother! I've been through what you're going through now and it was by far the hardest thing I've ever gone through in my life. I will be praying for you and your mother. If you ever need to talk let me know!
