Hi Hana, I am really happy that you manage to get away and have holiday. It is also refreshing to have a change of scene. I went to Bournemouth two weeks ago and I just loved the sea splashing onto my body. It felt invigorating. But I was struggling to walk about and I was with my mates. There were times I had to leave them and go back to the hotel to rest. I am doing an I.T course at college. I struggle to go to college, but I just cannot sit at home and waste away. (I am not going to allow my condition to defeat me). If you can it would be nice to see you either on Friday or Sat. Hana! Did you ever study?
I would definitely like to meet you soon. I live in Acton, next to Shepherd Bush which is one of my favorite area as well. I really understand the daily struggle that you have to endure for your health . How comes you might have to pay for your C.T scan or Exercise Test. Shouldn't this be free under the NHS. I was working up until recently but i resigned to focus in getting better.I now goto college, which help motivate me to get out of the house and interact with people. Also i know how it feels to be extremely bored. Is Hasting in Kent? And how comes you like W.African music? How did you get introduced to it? I never lived in Ghana before, but i am planning to go on holiday soon. Please do not give up hope, and i am happy for you that you are feeling better to walk about.
At first my body rejected all forms of medication i took. Beta-Blockers were absolute no no, but lucky i got advice from another cardio Doc who gave me a new drug called Procoralan also called Ivabradine. This has the same affect as a beta-blocker( to slow your heart down) but without the side-affects. So if you don't tolerate taking a beta-blocker, you got the option of asking your doctor to prescribe you Procoralan. Also another medication which i take which does the same job as L-argintine is called isosorbide mononitrate. Which does help with the pain. I have to mentally prepare my self to go out because it is a struggle and having a car helps.
I live right next to hammersmith and i am black British, and my parents are from Ghana, West Africa? Do you no anyone from my country?
