About Me: Female, 36, Woodbridge, VA, member since May 2008
I am 28 and have been married for 7 years with 2 children. I am currently living on the east coast and I am new to dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. Would love to meet new friends that can relate to my experiences in a positive way!
In one of the forums I noticed that you have been on buspar for a few weeks now and haven't had any relief yet. Personally, I don't think you will. Buspar is old school and there are many newer medications to deal with your symtoms. Additionally there are some side effects you might not be comfortable with. Even though Buspar is not a benzo and is not supposed to cause sleep or drowsiness a benzo may work better for you. Regardless of what you choose to do, I hope your successful in controlling your condition. Good Luck!
