Hi, I did the protocol as well and had the same awesome results, I'm now on my 2nd round but my break was more like 6 mo. and I have kept off every single pound without racking my brain on what to & what not to eat. I eat erverything I want but this time I want to make a decision to change the way I eat. I'm now on my second round, week one down 5lbs.Good luck to you and I hope you have as great sucess this time as you did the first time.
