I love the sunshine! I could spend all day trekking though gardens and forests as long as the breeze is warm and the sunshine's bright. I struggle to drink the ridiculous amount of water you’re advised to have, I am painfully bloated after a single glass; who wants to
[More] feel like that all day?! So far I've managed a daily average of two liters, but doubt my tummy could take much more.
I am constantly on a diet and over exercising to keep my weight low, and never afraid to have good moan about how hard it is *laughs* My journal is written slightly tongue-in-cheek so please don’t feel duty-bound to rescue me, most of the time I am actually taking the **** out of myself. I love life and try to do the best I can with what I’ve been given:
Just a quick note to say hi! sorry I have not been in contact for a while, but is just goes to show what can happen from a simple test on 1/07/10 went to hospital for an ECG test, by 4:30 pm I was admitted and within 24 hrs diagnosed as needing a coronary by-pass operation, I was not allowed out until the operation was done. as a result I remaind there until 24/07/10 when 5 days after the surgery I was allowed home to recuperate. This has been a serious wake up call for me and I am now trying to sort out various issues as they impact on my life. I hope you are OK and have had some nice breaks away etc. Speak soon Paul
Just a quick note to say hi! and to hope that you are OK. Weather here in Wales has taken a turn for the worst [rain]. I find it amazing that when we were hit by the no fly ban we had brilliant weather, now the planes are back in the air what a difference, perhaps we should look into grounding them all on and off and maybe our weather will improve, who knows?? let me know how your getting on
Thank you for the encouragement, getting something back from you was really great and even more motivational. Have to get in some better shape in case 'someone' gets to NYC and needs that all incusive tour!
