I have been diagnosed with Bipolar, which I manage quite well, I'm manage WITHOUT medication, but with self-medication with things like writing poetry, composing music, designing and teaching guitar etc (basically keeping myself busy and running).
Thank you for everything and the feedback...I know for a fact I am very hard on myself so it has been getting a lot better so I am just hanging in there as i know someof us are just blessed with anxiety issues I guess...that is me. Have a wonderful weekend!
